Semaine de la Voix

A week made around voices.

In June 2026 we travelled to Hirson, a small town in northern France, to sing, rehearse and perform during the Semaine de la Voix with Kit Armstrong. The week moved between concentrated rehearsal, public performance and the ordinary rituals that turn a group of singers into a community.

Singing on pilgrimage.

At Lourdes, singing took on a different character: part service, part prayer and part accompaniment to thousands moving together through the sanctuary during the Order of Malta International Pilgrimage.
